Job Description:

• Performs the S4 HANA configurations & ensures that Build standards are adhered to best practices.

• Perform Asset Accounting Configuration setup in S4 HANA platform as per business requirements & meeting the legal and statutory requirements.

• Capable of accommodating all the Asset reporting functionalities related to IFRS, USGAAP and other local Tax Reporting.

• Understands the S4 HANA configurations & master data activities with cross functional area Integration with other modules.

• Understanding of Business requirements and develop the IT Solution by working along with Process Architects/Design Authorities.

• Works with Lead Business Analyst/Process Experts to develop technical design specification for solutions with high complexity.

• Performs Unit Test and supports Integration Test for the applicable solutions.

• Undertake Problem Analysis to identify root causes of incidents, escalating findings within the Line and Business, to minimize such incidents re-occurring.

• Drive resolution of defects during test cycles and hyper care as well as for critical incidents. Supports the resolution of Production issues in meetings with the Run & Maintain organization.

• Define and Safeguard IT solution to ensure Robust, Supportable & Scalable to ensure IT documentations are updated prior to CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings.

• Propose any possible functional improvement in the existing solutions.

• Has detailed functional understanding of the application / module in their scope and how this is supporting the business process.

• Ensure that all changes are properly and extensively documented.

• Fully comply with and adhere to, all Group and Upstream IT standards and Processes.

The skills and qualifications as a Senior Application Analyst – Finance that you would need are:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.

• Substantial SAP ERP Central Component experience (SAP ECC).

• Proven experience in delivering complete S/4 HANA Finance Asset Accounting solutions to the business, proficient in analyzing, and translating Business/Process requirements to technical requirements.

• Certain degree of knowledge in S4 HANA GL is desired.

• Knowledgeable in US GAAP, IFRS, Local Tax Reporting is desired.

• Asset Accounting knowledge in Oil and Gas industry is preferred.
