• Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by the team.
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Keeping customers updated on the latest products to increase sales.
• To support Channel Sales Team to maintain order flow, payment follow ups.
• To be prepare/maintain monthly target and achievement target sheet of Sales Team.
• To coordinate with dispatch team.
• To coordinate with Management Team & Sales Head for required deliverables
• Monitor performance and report on progress.
• Meet regularly with management to report and plan strategic plans for team objectives.
• Involvement in attendance making of field force.
• Tracking of sales team via Field assist app.
• Field force tracking.
• Checking of sales team TA/DA and submission to Accounts/HR department after approval from management.
• To coordinate with marketing team / NPD team.
• To coordinate with logistics team.
• To coordinate with accounts team.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
