Role of a consultant is to co-ordinate with the student and the university to secure an admission. Education consultant will have the answers to all queries related to lifestyle, environment, finance and much more.1. Evaluation of profile: The overseas education consultant will first understand the student’s profile and then provide them with the best program possibilities and other career suitable for them.2. Selecting the university: The expert will help the students find the best university having worldwide recognition and offering excellent education. The expert will help a student take a final decision about the university.3. Admission Processing: The experts will help students in filling up their admission form, preparing the financial documents and in applying for a visa.4. Documents: the expert consultant will convey the requirement of the shortlisted documents well. The consultant will help the students to assemble each document beforehand. They will also take care of the financial aid process, considering every aspect of the students.5. Education Loans: The expert will convey all the information regarding education loan and will help in getting loans and financial aid.6. Statement of Purpose Preparation: The experts will help students prepare an excellent and honest appealing SOP. They are aware of the actual career goal behind your decision about studying abroad and understand the scope of your study area.7. • Counselling students for overseas education
• Identify skills, interests & career goals of the prospective students and help in Goal Clarity
• Collecting Relevant Documents from students.
• Assisting the student in filling out application forms (University)
• Maintaining the data of all registered students
• Complete Knowledge of Universities , Process , Fee Structure , Pre Departure and Post Departure Services and everything else that is required for counselling
• Research about the universities like Admission Requirement, Courses offered & Deadline
• Counselling the students for overseas education; follow-up with the student, solving the student queries and handling the registrations.
• Making follow-ups, & Feedback calls on the leads.
• Convince and Convert the inquiries into admission by counselling
• Update daily database and Reporting
• Achievement of targeted admissions is must.
• Identification & understanding of the Student’s need & Counsel them to select appropriate study programs as per their interest.
• Overall counselling of all walk-ins & effective follow up with prospects. Counselling students & parents.
• Careful about documentation and note-taking
• Patience and compassion – this role requires high levels of patience and compassion, since student counsellors assist students dealing with a range of academic, emotional, social, and behavioural issues
• Attention to detail – student counsellors should also possess a high level of attention to detail to successfully guide students and understand their goals and concerns during a counselling session

Key Skills Required

• Must have experience in Counselling the student with admission requirements for overseas universities for various countries
• Familiar with best practices in international education and counselling
• Must have strong Communication skills in Hindi and English
• Empathetic and Social
• Excellent at written and oral communication
• Provide best resolution to concerns raised.
• Must be able to work on Laptop / Desktop
• Achieving Sales Target
• Admission Counselling, Tele Counselling and Student Registration Counselling.
