Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients. Use visual aids and technical data to support the value proposition of solar energysolutions.4. Quoting and Proposals: Create accurate and competitive quotes and proposals based on client needs andsite assessments. Present and explain proposals to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.5. Negotiation and Closing Sales: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales effectively. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback for management.9. Collaboration: Work closely with the installation and technical teams to ensure seamless projectexecution. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales materials and strategies.10.Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and industryknowledge. Provide feedback to improve products, services, and sales processes.Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Bachelor of Engineering [BE](Electrical Engineering) or a related field is preferred. Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energyindustry. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to understand technical aspects of solar energy systems. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Licenses/Certifications: Valid drivers license and the ability to travel to client locations.Physical Requirements: Ability to perform site assessments, which may include climbing ladders and accessingrooftops.
