Job Position : Company Secretary
Experience – 3 to 6 years
Salary Bracket – 3.5lac to 5lac ctc pa
- To arrange Board Meetings and General Meetings of all the Companies
- To prepare and circulate all the notices, agendas and minutes of all the meetings
- To update statutory registers as required under Act
- To handle compliances for share transfers, share allotment, updating of share certificates, appointment/resignation of directors, auditors etc, strike off of name of companies etc
- To liaison with Housing Board Members/Registrar & Transfer Agents/Officers and other directors as and when required
- To finalize Loan documents and Charge related matters
- To liaison with Finance and accounts department to meet their requirements.
- To handle all the secretarial aspects of ongoing NCLT Cases of Companies
- To ensure RBI Compliances like FCGPR and FCTRS and any other queries raised by RBI
- To prepare/ finalize Directors’ Reports and Annexure thereof
- To prepare / finalize LLP Agreement and other Agreements (SSA, SPA, LA, Hypothecation Agreement) as and when required
- To ensure timely compliance of annual filings and regular filings of Companies & LLPs
