HR and Admin & Facility management work
Housekeeping of inside & outside of factory premlses’
Hands on experience of Industrial Relations’
coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, salary accounts and office keys’
Ensure timely and appropriate Wage payment for Contract Labor Management, Verification of
contractors/service Providers records as Principle Employer.
6. Liaison with government agencies like Labor office, Factory office, MPCB Board’ shop Act’ and
related compliances. PF, ESIC and Labor Welfare Board etc’
7. Participate actively in employee engagement activities’
g. Maintain insurance related database and ensure correct and timely reporting’
g. Employee benefit – insurance, coordination with TPA, broker and support to employees to settle
their insurance claims in time.
