Duties & Responsibilities:

• Introduction & Promote our principal M/s. ABB measurement & analytics product in Various customer likes industrial & government.
• Taking appointments from the customer and explain about our product. For critical Application visit site and give proper salutation with technical specification.
• To generate lead inquiry from the market, study, prepare offer and give technical & commercial offer to the customer. (If need support from our OEM, then also keeping in loop) After that, starts liasoning from the customer likes competitor information, resolved all technical queries, negotiation & finalize order.
• When we get order from the customer, seeking all things like Model code, Qty & rates etc. then put on order in OEM with prior approval of our management.
• To take approval all type of technical document work from client and OEM.
• Attend seminar, product training from ABB & manage our online CP software.
• Extensive delivery follow-up from our OEM for each case/order.
• Manage all customer service call & installation/commissioning job and pass on to my service team. If need myself also attend critical service call physically at client site.
• Payment follows up with client/customer as agreed terms.
• Also quote other OEM brand likes Siemens, Eureka, Accumax & Ushva as require by customer.
• To monitor all online portals of customers like AM/NS, Birla, Garden etc and also quote budgetary type offer.
• To make all type of monthly report, Sales report & payment report.
• To maintain instrumentation inventory & stock by using T.fat software for OA & PO.
• Manage all type of FOC replacement report.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
