• Willing to understand the Recruitment process and sourcing of candidates through various job portals, social media and referrals.

• Sourcing CV’s through job portals, screening the CV’s properly, and shortlisting them

• Conducting the initial screening interviews.

• Lining up candidates for interview process & Interview Coordination.

• Following up with candidates till the closure

• Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.

• Will be responsible for IT recruiting both – Experienced & freshers.

• Self-motivated, proactive, committed to continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Smart, Positive learning attitude

• Knows basics of MS Office, Google sheets…

Required Educational Background:

• MBA/BBA/Diploma in HR

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related field.
