ShyftLabs Hiring for Backend Software Developer at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India Full Time

ShyftLabs is looking for a Backend developer to join our IT team. If you have excellent programming skills and a passion for developing applications or improving existing ones, we would like to meet you. As a Back-end developer at ShyftLabs, you’ll work closely with our engineers to ensure system consistency and improve user experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for product development, testing, deployment, and support
• Develop and enhance existing applications as per product requirements
• Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications
• Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Develop and maintain APIs and data processing pipelines that integrate with various internal and external systems
• Manage individual priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
• Work with a small cross-functional team of engineers, PMs, data engineers, and designers
• Help the team in documenting changes made in different artifacts
• Help team members in the knowledge-sharing session
• Ability to learn other coding languages as needed

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in backend development, with a focus on high-performance and scalable systems
• Experience with database design and management, particularly with large-scale databases
• Working knowledge in the following tech stacks: Java, Spring Boot, GraphQL, RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka Redis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
