About the Role
In this role, you will be assisting the HR department of St Jude’s Healthcare Services. St Jude’s is a well-established healthcare provider in Australia. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager as a HR admin, you will actively contribute to the efficiency of the department. Supporting on all administrative tasks you will drive operational productivity from a continuous improvement perspective. You will deliver accurate and timely outcomes on all administration tasks including systems and data management, onboarding documentation records and employee training while ensuring compliance with legislation and internal requirements.
