Key Responsibilities

* Able to make dealership business plans and departmental objectives.

« Ensure all dealership targets are achieved as per plan.

« Should be able to look at operations from a macro perspective.

* Able to guide his Managers and provide them with proper directions.

* Ensure all customers who come in contact with any dealership staff have a pleasant experience.

* Able to review various MIS reports and JD Power reports and takes necessary corrective actions.

« Improve CSI / SSI, RDI, or any other customer satisfaction scores.

* Meets customers and employees regularly to understand ground realities.

* Able to create a “customer friendly” culture in the organization.

| * Have good contacts in the industry and business circle.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹720,000.00 per year
