Regional role as sales administration. I Working across functions to ensure timeous invoicing and subsequent collection. Needs to be organized, work autonomously in pressurized environment. Need to have attention to detail and focused.
Your Mission
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Main Responsibilities
Contribute to all or part of the following sales administration activities:
Ensure payment scheme and financing structure during pre-order phase
Manage credit management / new customer screening; trade finance activity along TLI and Sidel rules
Manage the sales administration department, ensuring common methodology and tools
Manage pre-order booking; request and collect down-payment
Create sales order; integrate payment milestones in SAP; sent acknowledgement to customers
Adjust sales orders if needed (eg: add-ons)
Collect Sidel signatures on contracts, finalize and store contract
Prepare invoices, issue and send invoices, follow up until payment (based on payment terms agreed with customers)
Prepare pro forma invoices sent with shipment after logistics green light, in line with export control policy
Participate in the cash flow forecast based on OI and payment perspectives
Track O&O, coordinate necessary actions with other department to minimize O&O
Your Profile
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
at least 6 mos experience in a sales adminsitration role
Knowledge of SAP and business object
Knowledge of incoterms, logistics, legal and tax concepts
