Your profile

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in technology.
4-6 years of hands-on experience working in Exchange Online and on-premise environment
Strong knowledge on SMTP relay with Exchange On-premise environment.
Strong experience in maintaining the mail flow for the infrastructure and implementing the various changes that are required to accomplish the effective mail flow.
Strong experience working in Hybrid Environment and complex environments.
Ability to clearly interpret the requirements from different application owners in order to maintain the effective mail flow.
Strong working knowledge of IT processes such as Change Management, Major Incident Handling, Problem Management etc.
Strong knowledge of Email Encryption, SMIME hands-on would-be a plus point.

You will be responsible for:
Responsible for managing a relationship with customers including thoroughly documenting case work, driving the quickest resolution possible to the customers issues.
Solve highly complex level of escalated problems, involving broad, in-depth product knowledge or in-depth product specialty may include support of additional product line.
Use trace analysis, source code, and other sophisticated debugging tools to analyze problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs may involve writing code.
Advanced troubleshooting to analyze problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
Develop and deliver advanced technical support training, setting customer expectations, devising and implementing action plans, advanced technical troubleshooting, managing hot customers, and professionally communicating to all parties involved.
Must thrive on a fast pace, be extremely flexible, and able to work with ambiguity.
