Yourprofile

• Schedule Management –Assist the project management team in monitoring and maintaining the projectschedule(s). Attend schedule review meetings as required.
• Progress Measurement /Reporting – Prepare & maintain earned value progress curves, manpowerhistograms, installed / completed quantities curves as required. Be able tocommunicate this information using standard project controls’ techniques andtemplates.
• Project Deliverables –assist the project management team in producing the required deliverables, bothinternally and externally. Assure deliverables / reports are produced in thefrequencies described in the contract documents.
• Change Management –Understand the change management processes as they apply to each specificcontract on the project. Be able to disseminate and explain the processes toother members of the site management team. Be able to produce reports –including Change Order Logs.

Education Qualification:

• A bachelor’s degree inMechanical Engineering; PG in Project Management is a plus.
• 6 – 9 years professionalwork experience in Project Management domain.
• Proficient in projectplanning, control, and reporting.
• Must be proficient inMicrosoft Project & Oracle Primavera planning tool. Must have minimum 5yrs. experience of working with scheduling tools (Primavera & MicrosoftProject). Must have ability to develop, maintain and update detailed schedules,resource loading, ensure adherence to quality standards, create reports, andprovide analysis using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Must have experienceworking with earned value management.
• Must have advanced excelskills. Working knowledge of ERP is preferred.
• Good knowledge of PMprocesses.
• Experience inEngineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) domain.
• Strong communicationskills in written and verbal (English)
• Multi-cultureexperience.
• Proactive,Self-Motivated, and Flexible.
• Quick to learn andexecute.
• Ability to documentbusiness requirements.
