Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy Hiring for Plant Layout Simulation Expert at Bengaluru, Karnataka Full Time

Implements and optimizes Layout concepts in to concerning solution.

Responsibilities:
Make 2D manufacturing layout for NPI and NPP projects

Make installation layout for equipment.

Make scenarios for new Nacelle and new manufacturing processes

Work with parametric based buildings drawings

3D layout of new plants, extensions

Gather and maintain layouts of all current plants (2D and 3D)

Gather and maintain dimensions, crane capacity, gate sizes, etc. for all plants

Gather and maintain library of equipment drawings (2D and 3D)

Managing external resources when outsourcing layout work to external companies (making sure they are fulfilling SGRE minimum requirements)

Potentially VR simulations of plants and equipment

Potentially support on making Storyboards

Potentially support with layout input to Plant simulation software (Tecnomatix)
