IT Administration basics
Very good Microsoft Windows Knowledge (like MCITP) for Patching, Installations, Preparation
WSUS and Antivirus knowledge
Programming and Scripting Skills
Good knowledge of virtual Machines and ESXi (including Administration)

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
Good English Skills
Just Tech support internal communication not with real customers
Motivated and team player
