Siemens Healthineers is looking for a Corporate & Government Bid Lead within OTO (Offer to Order) function who will take care of Corporate (Chain labs) & Government customers for its Diagnostics business.

Job Responsibilities
Controlling, structuring of existing deals/ new deals for Corporate customers
Meeting with Corporate customers as commercial controller
Supporting Corporate & Government Head for the business review
Analyzing the tender documents/ RFQ for Commercial as well as Legal clauses
Discussing legal clauses with Legal counterpart
Preparation of letter of amendment to be submitted to tendering authority
Attending Prebid meeting for incorporating the amendments
Preparation & submission of EMD, technical bid & price bid
Follow up for taking back EMD, Performance bank guarantee/ other documents required as part of tender documentation
Issuing invoices for the instruments, Checking of terms and conditions in PO
Preparation of data base of competition quotes that is available in public domain
Education & Qualification
CA with at least 10 years of experience or Commerce graduates with around 15-20 years of relevant experience
Candidates should have knowledge of all govt e procurement portals, Tender data tools
People from medical device/healthcare background will be preferred
