We are looking for Buyer- Strategic Procurement indirect & investments

You’ll make a difference by:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement buyer to join our SCM team in India. The candidate will be the central point of contract for indirect demands for Aurangabad and Dahod factory locations & will be responsible for sourcing of indirect & capex related requirements. The candidate will be responsible for procurement KPI & also controlling and measurement of pooling demand & executing strategic Procurement activities in a disciplined manner. The candidate shall be responsible for the achieving optimum conditions by engaging in regional volumes pooling and strategizing in order to maximize the contribution to the operating result.

• Single Entry point for Procurement Process and building of local demand
• Local Stakeholder management and CRM along with safeguarding procurement compliance
• Routing of demand to existing contracts and purchasing for local demand &p projects
• Negotiation & conclusion of frame contracts
• Collaboration with Global CM
• Implementation of commodity strategies
• Utilization of CM terms & conditions
• Local Implementation of CM specific processes/projects
• Optimization of local S2C process (eg.OneSRM/ MyMall)
• Verification of formal checkpoints accordingly to correct buying guidelines
• Verification of commercials

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• 7~10+ years of significant experience in indirect procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with procurement tools and software.
