You’ll make an impact by:
Timely execution of assigned tasks as per guidelines/regulations with highest standards of quality.

Follow up and closure of pending queries/open topics with ownership.

Reporting of handled activities on daily/weekly/monthly basis (as per requirements).

Tracking of cases systematically & completing on daily basis.

You’ll win us over by:
Good knowledge, hands-on experience in Product Sales related business (Sales, Inside sales).

Good understanding of techno commercial points/terms related to Purchase Orders/Proposals/Quotations…etc.

Familiarity with order related documents checks & processing.

Basic understanding about products, product groups, Part Numbers…etc. (Industrial Automation, Drives, Motors, Switchgears, Software of Siemens would be of added advantage).

Familiar with general office IT tools/application/systems (MS Office tools, Outlook…etc.)

CRM tool, SAP knowledge would be of added advantage.

Excellent communication skills(verbal+written), Basic customer facing etiquettes exposure.

Excellent team player, Quick Learner, willing to contribute for the goals of team/dept/organization.

Flexible to work in shifts.

Any graduates -UG /PG (MBA/BCom/BSc OR equivalent with good academics.) with 1-3 yrs experience.

Proficient in English.

Able to speak at least two South Indian Languages, preferable to speak Hindi.
