• Project management exposure.
• Commissioning and installation standards for Electrical system.
• Knowledge of Siemens Switchgear and Siemens switchyard Automations.
• Lead generation and opportunity handling.
• Basics of Competitor analysis.
• Have good knowledge in engineering services and its application.
• Preparation of customer presentations.
• Ability to learn the engineering process and convince customers about the value proposition.
• Drive operational excellence program centrally for all the locations.
• Quality process and Quality assurance shall be added advantage.

• Should have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
