To work as part of a Support team providing technical/application assistance
Responsible for handling technical customer queries by following the predefined processes through emails and calls
Deliver high quality work by interacting with the customers and providing exceptional service.

- Would be a part of support team providing Technical/application assistance.
- Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills
- Basic/Advanced Computer Skills
- Good Team Player
- Customer Service Skills
- P2P/AP Knowledge is advantage
- French Proficiency is an added advantage
