Work executive Manufacturing – job description

1. Carry out precision assembly process (Vacuum Interrupter)

2. Operation of High vacuum brazing furnace; ultrasonic welding; resistance spot welding; alcohol-based cleaning; ISO 4/6/7 clean room; injection molding machine

3. Operation of utilities related to furnace(chiller, argon supply, water supply & pneumatic)

4. Maintain workplace 5S

5. Jig fixture health check for error free assembly process

6. Assembly defect & error controlling

7. Basic maintenance of manufacturing machine

8. Good collaboration with team

9. Manufacturing database update

10. Product quality check at Q gate

Qualification – Diploma Mechanical

Experience – Freshers or maximum 3 years experience
