Job Description
Good 8+ Exp on Windows 2008 ,2012 & 2016
Sound Knowledge in Backup and ADFS management
Proficient knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy
Installation and Configuring Windows Systems
Currently providing L3 Support on Windows platform
Must have experience on ITIL Process(Change, problem & incident management)
Must have Exp on Remote server administration,
Configuring & Troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, Printers, Domain controllers, etc…
Must have Microsoft Certifications on Windows 2008 or 2012
Must have excellent communication skills to handle International Clients
Additional qualification:
Programming experience Python & PowerShell
Responsibilities
Create & implement seasonal time & action calendar. Provide in-process sample development & production status updates, highlighting potential issues and providing solutions.
Configure internal systems
Establishes, monitors and continuously improves safety standards and procedures
Install servers, devices and firewalls
Monitor the performance of servers, software and hardware
