About the E-commerce Data Flow Monitoring Specialist

We are looking for a Data Flow Monitoring Specialist in Ecommerce who will be in-charge of monitoring end to end processes and data flow to ensure business continuity.

We expect you to be tech-savvy and detail-oriented. You must also have strong communication skills, analytical and planning skills and problem-solving skills to effectively execute your tasks.

• Monitors end-to-end processes such as order and return flow to ensure business continuity
• Identifies optimization potentials for end-to-end processes
• Responsible for incident management
• Develops a lean system and process architecture
• Assists the team to improve internal workflows and data structure documentation of processes and procedures
• Updated with the latest trends and best practices
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management

What we’re looking for

• MUST HAVE 2-3 years of experience as a Data Flow Monitoring Specialist in an Ecommerce Setting
• Good understanding of user experience and customer journey
• Good understanding of data integrations and data governance
• Experience with BI tools (MS PowerBI, Excel with PowerPivot)
• Experience with workflow automation & ETL processes is a plus
• Understanding of Data Management Tools
• Familiarity with data outputs, data flows, and their associated repositories
• Process-driven, highly organized, and technically well versed
• Ability to write and present comprehensive reports
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
