Designation: Front Desk Executive
Level of the Role: Full Time
Experience Level: 2-3 years
Job Location: Gurgaon (Head Office)
Reporting Manager: Senior Manager-HR
Duties & Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors by greeting them, in-person or on the telephone.
Handling correspondence and managing key communications with internal and external stakeholders
Provide administrative support.
Make travel arrangements for executives etc.
Maintenance of office assets such as stationery, housekeeping material and updating
Skills Required:
Qualification-Bachelor’s degree, Master degree is a plus
2-3 years of Experience in Handling Front Office / Reception of an organization
Good Communication Skills & Pleasing Personality.
Should be able to look after Administration & Provide Support to Management
