• Handling Reception, Attending incoming/outgoing calls;
• Coordinating and arranging meetings
• Keeping track of inward & outward couriers/parcels/post;
• Updating records and files;
• Monitoring office stock of stationery, kitchenette, repairs, etc.;
• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to firms policies;
• Assisting in office activities as in when required
• Any other administration related task assigned from time to time.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Prior experience as a front desk in the Multinational corporations, Hospitality industry, IT firms, Real estate industry are preferable.
• Candidate should be a Graduate – Undergraduate with 2 to 8 years experience in front desk;

• Good communication skills Proficient in written & verbal English.

• Should be proficient with internet research and in MS Word, Excel
• Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision;
• Should be able to multi-task and assist others at the same time.
• Should be courteous and service-oriented;
• Should be a resident of Delhi/NCR and willing to work in Gurgaon.
