LMA (Local Marketing Association) Digital Analyst
In this role you will help our LMA clients maximize their investment and innovation in local advertising. Identify the optimal mix of local advertising channels including display, mobile, video, that respond to the ever-changing automotive buying and shopping trends

LMA Operations
The LMA Operations Analyst works on implementation of LMA creative and drives daily maintenance of incentives/offers for the LMA’s. The team supports the Enterprise Sales team through set-up and monitoring of current creative and incentives for the LMA program.

Key Responsibilities:

• • 3+ years’ experience in digital advertising including online media buying, campaign management, and performance analysis
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., Brightroll, Amazon)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns in various ad server
  • Ability to parse HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RegEx or relevant scripting language
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up to date with the latest trendssand best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Conversant with measurement tools used in Programmatic like IAS
  • Expert proficiency in Excel and comfort in handling large volumes of data in deriving consumer insight
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to use Console/Firebug to validate and/or debug tracking
  • Ability to work/communicate with overseas teams
  • Good understanding of display/video advertising eco-system
  • Solid knowledge of BI tools like Tableau
  • Working knowledge of SQL preferred
  • Working knowledge of Splunk preferred

Requirements:

• • Alerts monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Generation and troubleshooting of Sincro proprietary ad tags
  • Management/Deployment of Sincro display adverting campaigns
  • Coordinating display campaign deployment specifics with internal Sincro stakeholders/teams
  • Investigating waste/defaults impressions and coordinating with Strategy to reduce wastage
  • Work with Strategy and Publishing partners to prepare and send Availability Forecast, CPM and Outcomes reports
  • Provide consulting services around Ad Tech to various internal teams
  • Work on specs for new features which improves Sincro’s ad tech stack
