Simform is looking to hire an excellent recruitment and talent acquisition executive contribute to the next phase of growth of the company.

Role and Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels. Mainly through the Naukri platform and Linkedin.

Do targetted headhunting for selected profiles through Linkedin and Emails

Engage with the developer community on Linkedin

Screen candidates with a comprehensive questionnaire

Process candidates by following a strictly defined recruitment process.

Co-ordinate with the recruitment manager and interviewer to speed up candidate processing.

Qualification

At least 2 years of experience in recruitment with a minimum of 1year in hiring developer positions.

Very good understanding of different developer profiles related to web, mobile, and cloud development.

Ability to understand the various background and environment candidate comes from.

Excellent effective communication and convincing skills.

Ability to work as an individual contributor and being a team player at the same time.
