Job Title: HR

Role: HR Operation Specialist

Experience : Min 5 Years exp in HR

• Verifying of documents, updating the complete details of the new joiners, co-ordination with IT team for official email ID creation, maintaining employee personal data files
• Preparation & issuance of extension/confirmation letter in advance and get it signed from the signatory authority.
• Preparing and maintaining various reports like Headcount and Attrition report, over time trend analysis, to be sent to delivery heads and top management.
• Preparing and maintaining various monthly reports like Attendance, new joiners, resigned / left employee, allowances, stop payment, various deductions etc. to be administered month on month through payroll.
• Verify Time & Leave Management for timely and accurate processing of the monthly payroll according to the schedule, generating pay slips and forwarding them to employees.
• Manage employee queries with regard to their deductions, settlements and supporting their requirements.
• Employee related issues clarify the employee queries/escalations on various processes and policies.
