• Degree in Instrumentation / Telecommunication or other as equivalent and related to Telecommunication system.

• Minimum 8+ years working experience in Oil and Gas, Engineering. EPCIC background is preferred.
• Experience in all lifecycle of Oil and Gas development project, concept, FEED and DDE is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge with International Oil and Gas Codes and Standards. i.e. CAP437, UKOOA, ICAO, IEC, IMO/SOLAS, ISO, ITU-T, ITU-R and others.
• Extensive knowledge with International Oil and Gas Company Standards is added advantage like PB GTD, Shell DEP, and others.
• Hands-on experience on Pathloss calculation, audio system coverage study, WiFi coverage study, radio coverage study and network system load calculation.
• Hands-on experience as Package Engineer for Telecom Packages. i.e. VSAT, DMR, LAN & Fiber Optic, PAGA, PABX, RFID, Industrial WiFi and others.
• Hands-on experience with Mechanical related system. i.e. Crane Radio, TEMPSC, Subsea Meteorological Sensor Skid and others.
• Well versed with all design deliverables.
• Able to achieve and deliver Engineering design deliverables assigned within the target date is a preferred.
• Extensive experience engineering practices and relevant deliverables.
• Yard Site/Operational experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience on FPSO project is an advantage
