Responsibilities of a Customer Support Executive: –
Managing a team of customer service representatives.
In charge of overseeing the customer service process.
Resolving customer complaints that have been brought to your attention.
Policy and procedure development.
Training and standardization of service delivery are being planned.
Recruiting and hiring new employees.
Monitoring the work of individual representatives as well as the team as a whole.
Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and providing feedback to employees.
Excellent product knowledge is required to provide superior customer service.
Keeping your team’s working environment pleasant.

Customer Service Representative: –
A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field is required.
A minimum of three years of experience is required.
Outstanding interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Capability to lead a group.
CRM system knowledge.
Computer abilities.
It is preferable to be familiar with mediation and conflict resolution techniques.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
