We’re seeking for an analytically focused and experienced Finance Associate to join our team and help with

budgeting, transaction monitoring, invoice creation, and finance department administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide help with overseeing the financial transactions of the company

• Oversee the preparation and planning of budgets for various departments.

• Monitoring transactions and adhering to the Account Aging procedure.

• Managing of weekly billing/invoicing.

• Weekly review of all daily transactions’ records and receipts.

• Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.

• Preparing financial reports and reviewing company policies/processes.

• Ensure operational efficiency by developing and implementing financial policies.

• Oversee all of the sites’ expenses.

Requirements:

• Thorough understanding of financial policies, procedures, and systems.

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

• Excellent analytical, time management abilities and strong aptitude.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Work in a flexible shift as and when necessary.

• Excellent knowledge of Finance related online tools.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a comparable position is Mandatory.
