Global strategic product line manager in seals

Key capabilities required for the position:

• Economical background or comparable (e.g. logistics)
• Engineering background not a must but preferable
• Strong communication skills

Key responsibilities:

• Global product line strategy
• Analysis of market and competition
• Initiate NMOs; GtM together with BD and sales /product launch
• Global pricing strategy / product positioning
• Support manufacturing footprint
• PS review process
• Define make or buy strategy in alignment with Purchasing
• Assortment optimization
• Drive product cost reduction
• Initiate, drive and support investment proposals
