The last 2 decades have seen an increasing disconnect between industry and academia – this has resulted in academia not meeting industry standards and thereby students becoming unemployable. Skill-Lync is a Y-Combinator (2019) start-up that is solving this problem at scale leveraging technology and an ecosystem of industry experts, engineer-trainers, and offline centers.
Responsibilities
Responsible of complete Technical & Soft services operations of entire facility like Security Services, House Keeping Services, Cafeteria services, Drawer / Locker Management, Wellness Centre, Contract Staff management, Compliance of statutory provisions by Contract Agencies and Monthly MIS reporting
Core responsibility for complete MEP services pan India. To ensure zero Business downtime.
Ensure considerable savings & process improvement
Implementation of SOP’s & all other operations documents
SPOC for Technical services & assets, comprising of (UPS System, HVAC, CCTV, Access control, FA, PA & FM-200 system, WLD, Rodent control, AV systems, BMS, Sound masking etc.
Coordinating in Service records and maintenance schedules for all assets including – DG set, UPS, fire alarms, Electrical Equipment’s, transformers, server room temperature, fire extinguishers, lifts, etc.
Coordinate with IT team for maintenance activities for Data centers & HUB rooms.
Requirements
DIP – Electrical/ BE Tech E & T /electrical CAD/HVAC systems of more than 500 TR//MEP Services /CCTV & Access control management/BMS/EMS & Energy Management.
Handled more than 3 lakhs sft facility operations, budgeting and technical MIS reporting.
15-17 years of experience.
