Who are We?

• SkillSphere Education is a Mumbai based pan Asia skill set development and knowledge

enhancement organization with a simple motto – ‘Refining skills, defining futures…’.
Through a plethora of educational programmes, knowledge-oriented initiatives and
other endeavours, the organization’s main objectives are to develop essential life skills
among individuals of all age groups, increase their general and global awareness,
improve public speaking and communication skills, and most importantly, assist
individuals in gaining the confidence to uninhibitedly express their views and display
their talents.

• It fulfils these objectives by conducting numerous short-term and long term

educational programmes via both the online and offline interface. These focus on the
development of soft skills such as public speaking, quizzing, Model UNs, leadership etc.
in an interactive manner. The programmes have been developed in-house and follow
SkillSphere’s 3D Model of Learning (Develop, Disseminate, Display). Our educational
programmes are primarily for students of Grades 1 to 12.

• In addition, SkillSphere has a range of other online initiatives such as Global Jigyasa, a

weekly current affairs quiz launched every Sunday which is currently attempted by over
60000 individuals pan India. SkillSphere also has a robust online general awareness
resource base, and is at the forefront of spearheading innovative knowledge-oriented
events such as quizzes, Model UN conferences etc. both via the online interface, as well as
offline – in schools, colleges and private learning centres.

• SkillSphere is now moving towards building its own academic quizzing SaaS platform

(Global Jigyasa) which is its latest product play

• The organization was founded in 2013 by Anansh Prasad, a graduate from an Ivy

League University (Cornell University, USA) and a Mumbai University gold medalist
Chemical Engineer. With an eclectic, motivated and talented team, SkillSphere
Education has expanded to over 7 countries since then and has positively impacted
the lives of over 200000 students pan Asia through its programmes and initiatives.

• Since the onset of the pandemic induced lockdown, SkillSphere’s online educational

programmes have become extremely popular both among schools and in the B2C
sector. It is rapidly expanding this vertical of its operations and is investing major
resources into it as it continues to grow exponentially.

• SkillSphere now envisages to be the largest integrated soft skill development

organization in the K12 sector, both online and offline. We are already halfway there
and believe it is time to take the next step! Over the years, we have developed
tremendous scale and outreach via our offline programmes, and believe the time is ripe

Who are We Looking for?
Manager- Social Media & Visual Communication
We want to hire an individual who will conceptualize, strategize, plan and implement SkillSphere
Education’s social media plans and initiatives across different platforms including Facebook,
Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram and YouTube. Additionally, the individual will also be developing
other marketing collaterals on a day to day basis.
The individual must be a passionate content developer and must be well versed with basic
design & video softwares such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and general video editing
softwares. This is a full time role that will require the individual to work collaboratively with
concerned departments at SkillSphere Education. Such individuals need to be graduates having
completed graduation in any field of study. While prior work experience is not a prerequisite, it
certainly is an advantage. The individual can be based out of any part of India and must be
willing to undergo training to refine their skills.
What will you be doing?

• Create, curate, and manage all published social media content (images, video and written)

for our target audience.

• Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
• Develop social media graphics, ad design & landing pages and work on the iterations

suggested by the reporting manager.

• Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, being sure to integrate

with company’s overall marketing campaign plan and channels.

• Manage an online review funnel for building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online

reviews and respond to each query/review timely and with care.

• Compile reports for management showing results (ROI) post analysis of key metrics.
• Timely recording and maintaining of important data of our workshops and programmes

and coordinating with the Project Head for any operational assistance and video creation.

• Developing basic workshop and event videos as a part of social media strategies using

basic editing software

• Collaborating with the team on other areas of work as needed

Requirements:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Good knowledge of Digital marketing, Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Premier Pro/other video

editing software.

• Well organized with great time management skills
• You must be passionate about the field of education as we are looking for people who are

motivated about influencing social change through skill set development
How do We Assess Work?
SkillSphere Education follows a system which monitors task completion by all employees/interns
as per pre-decided timelines on a weekly basis. We value efficacy and efficiency over everything
else. In case you get selected for this position, we will be happy with your performance if you
complete your work satisfactorily as per discussed timeline and work on the suggestions given to
