Responsibilities

Warranty Part Inspection

Verification, Categorization, Acceptance & Rejection Of Warranty Claims Through Physical Verification Of Warranty Failed Components.

Reduction in PDI complaints (unsold Warranty claims) In-plant

Reduction in Warranty Claims – 1 – 90 days In-plant

Reduction in Warranty Claims Above 90 days In-plant

Closure of VTQI and TSM PDI ObservationsTimely submission of countermeasure & Action plan for Market related complaint

VTQI closure within 48 hrs (After receipt in plant)

Closure of TSM PDI points

IMS ImplementationProper & standardized documentation

Preparation and Updation of management indicators

Conduction of various audits to ensure effectiveness of implemented countermeasures

Adherence to plan

TPM QM Pillar

Implementation of actions related to the Warranty, decided in QM sub- committee meeting QM Pillar Master Plan adherence.

Policy management and deployment Design Review Mechanism

Monitoring Manufacturing Quality KPIs
