TELECOMMUTE LOCATION: REMOTE, US
This position will assist with processing duties for independent financial advisors. This role will be processing and inputting all new client information and documentation into their Customer Relationship System. Opportunities to work from home are available!

Responsibilities and Duties
- Work to process paperwork in departmental queues timely and accurately including but not limited to new accounts, account transfers, account closures, address changes, IRA distributions, wire requests, incoming checks, stock certificates, insufficient funds notices, and creating/updating system IDs.
- Ensure proper application of and compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines, and procedures.
- Understanding policies and procedures to execute them in daily work.
- They will also assist with document review and data entry for updates on client paperwork.
- This position will very rarely be on the phone – will only make phone calls for internal needs.
- Must be comfortable navigating multiple screens, using dual monitors, and be computer savvy
Skills:
- 1-year experience in data entry, computer skills, administrative support, finance, banking, financial administration
