Job Summary:

As a senior HR Executive, you will be responsible for performing various HR functions to support the organization’s overall business objectives. You will assist in all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with various departments to understand their staffing requirements and develop job descriptions and job postings.
2. Source and screen resumes identifying qualified candidates for open positions.
3. Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine candidates’ suitability for the role.
4. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations and ensuring completion of all required paperwork.
5. Manage employee relations issues, including investigating complaints, mediating disputes, and recommending corrective action.
6. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance management programs, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to managers and employees.
7. Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
8. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
9. Support HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in an HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
