Job Description

• BuiRoles and Responsibilities :

• Build, plan and implement and manage the overall digital marketing strategy including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.

• Able to manage and train the rest of the team

• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices

• Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels

• Measure ROI and KPIs

• Oversee all the company’s social media accounts

• Measure and manage online content

• Track SEO and Google Analytics data and develop complex analysis

• Build and inbound marketing strategy

• Anticipate sales performance trends

• Organise and lead digital marketing team

• Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement

• Develop and monitor campaign budgets

• Prepare accurate reports on the marketing campaign’s overall performance.

• Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.

• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.

• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.

• Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

• Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.

• Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.

• A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.

• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, SEO and SMM is required.

• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
