Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the design team to establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
3. Coordinate and communicate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback.
4. Manage and lead project teams, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
5. Oversee project progress, identify and resolve potential issues, and implement necessary changes.
6. Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
7. Conduct regular site visits to assess construction progress and adherence to design plans.
8. Prepare monthly bill and get it approved by the client
9. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
10. Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management.
11. Foster strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
