Qualification: B.com/ M.com/ CA inter

Experience: 3-8 years experience in finance and accounts

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all the accounting entries are entered correctly in tally or QuickBooks/Zoho.
• Reconciliation of revenue, expenses, debtors, creditors and other balance sheet items with backup sheets and ensuring that differences, if any, are reconciled on timely basis.
• Preparation of various MIS
• Timely settlement of advance payments made against expenses, booking of expense bills etc.
• Good knowledge of compliances of TDS on salary and non-salary, PF, ESCI, PT etc.
• Knowledge of calculation of TDS and GST and filing of returns
• Supporting Accounts manager/Financial controller for meeting audit deliverables and resolving audit queries in timely manner.

Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of QuickBooks/ Zoho are a prerequisite
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines
• Has working knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel and Tally.ERP 9
• Basic knowledge of latest accounting and tax update

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹8,588.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
