Job Description
Preparing financial schedules duly reconciled with SAP along with performing Variance Analysis (Bud Vs Act) and providing narratives for the variances.
Leading a team of trainees and analysts and overseeing the work of monthly closing activities and reporting.
Consolidating and reporting monthly, quarterly & annual financial performance for the BU including monthly variances against forecast & budget and opportunities & risks.
Formulating annual Budget and performing rolling forecast every month.
Conducting cost control variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual result and implementing corrective action.
Close monitoring of Project Wise Cost Vs Revenue and its detailed analysis.
Dealing with statutory, internal & tax auditors for completion of various audits like internal audit, tax audit and Inventory audit of raw material, finish goods on periodical basis as per office order.
Capitalization of fixed assets on monthly basis, releasing and controlling of budget, follow-up with the concerned department for capitalization of assets.
Responsible for Stock audit and Fixed Assets physical audit as per office order and records.
Preparing of schedules as per requirement of statutory auditors like – Capital Commitment, Addition & Deletion in fixed assets during the period and CWIP movement during the period.
Depreciation key scrutinize in fixed asset master created during the year.
Preparationof monthly reports at plant level- cost center wise/material type wise, price increase data of raw material, packing material & direct cost material and sharing with budget holders for monthly forecast inputs.
Ensuring compliance with all applicable taxes TDS – depositing, online e-filling of challans.
Verify vendor’s bills, material supplier, service provider, expenses, import of material etc.
