· Ensuring the allocated games is performing efficiently.
· Communicate with the technical team if a game gets dysfunctional and take ownership to get the games repaired within the stipulated time.
· Assisting and guiding the Operating Staffs in the peak time to manage the guestss.
· Update the guests about gaming and F&B offers & add-ons.
· Responsible to fulfill the gaming target.
· Conduct and attend briefing sessions for gaming crew.
· Reports to manager if any game does not meet guests’s satisfaction.
· Implements and communicate offers associated with the games to gaming crew and guestss.
· Manning of adequate staffing, preparing roaster and allocating them shifts and zones in the center.
· Resolve daily and regular concerns for staff and guests.
· Being on the floor always and ensuring the maximum delight for all guests.
