Experience: 1 to 2 Year
Working hours: Part Time; 3-4 hours per day.
Selected candidate’s day to day responsibilities include:
1. Accounting entries using ‘Quickbooks’ Accounting Software.
2. Handling accounts as well as administrative requirements of the company.
3. Preparing Tax Invoices, purchase orders etc.
4. Maintaining income & outcomes records.
5. Assisting the Sales Team with Invoices, Pending amounts from Customers.
6. Assisting HR Team in payroll processing each month.
7. Co-ordinate with CA for all the Statutory and Accounting matters.
8. Managing all accounting operations based on standard accounting principles.
9. Conducting month-end and year-end closure processes.
10. Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
11. Computing taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheets, profit/loss statements, etc.
12. Developing periodic reports for management.
13. Keeping information confidential and secure them with random database backups.
14. Keeping up with financial policies, regulations, and legislation.
15. Filing returns – GST, PT, TDS, ESIC, Income tax and others as applicable.
