Minimum 1 year US Dispatcher Experience Required,

The ideal candidate for this position will have recent experience in the trucking industry primarily in a driver management and customer service role.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Negotiate freight rates with brokers and customers to ensure competitive lane pricing for drivers
• Dispatches drivers and provides routing directions, loading/unloading instructions, and other shipment information as needed
• Provide shipment tracking updates to customers and tracks shipments to verify on-time pickups and deliverie
• Dispatch all loads in a timely manner to ensure 100% Customer Satisfaction
• General knowledge of DOT laws and guidelines
• Respond to phone/email correspondence using correct grammar

Preferred Candidates will have:

• 1 year od US Truck Dispatch work experience,
• Computer literacy and have excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and initiative
