Job Summary : The associate will be involved with development teams and is expected to be a self-starter, team player and strong driver for results and continual improvement Responsibilities : • Understanding of core offerings of the organization • Focused on developing code as per coding standards. Code is well-commented and typically improves after one or more code reviews • Will be Involved in discussion with senior leaders and managers about development plan and design; Produces code that is sufficiently supported by unit tests • Work with engineers and other cross functional teams including Development, QA, Project Management, Operations etc. to develop great software that meets market needs with respect to functionality, reliability, performance, scalability • Has a good understanding of technical concepts required for specialized field Confidential QMS V.No 3.00 Page 3 of 3 Desired Candidate profile : • Strong Object-Oriented Programming concepts • Good Knowledge of .NET, ASP .Net or C# .Net or Java and HTML, CSS and JavaScript etc. • Candidates with software certifications are highly preferred • Decent knowledge of database concepts (RDBMS, NoSQL etc.) • Ability to learn new technologies, methods, procedures. • Good analytical and logical skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers • Must be able to handle and meet aggressive timelines while maintaining a positive attitude and offering a great customer experienc
