Job Description

Sun Education is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant at Sun Education, you will be an integral part of our finance department, responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

We’re looking for passionate female educators to teach undergraduate and graduate accounting courses, mentor students, and evaluate their performance.

• Deliver engaging and practical accounting lessons to students.
• Prepare course materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Provide guidance on the use of accounting software such as Tally, Zoho, and QuickBooks.
• Ensure students understand accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing.
• Evaluate and monitor student progress, offering additional support as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools.
• Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development, and professional growth activities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2. Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role, preferably in the education sector.

3. Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting standards.

4. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office suite, particularly Excel.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

6. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

7. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

8. Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and willingness to take on new challenges.

9. Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent is preferred but not required.job description

Pay: ?15,000.00 – ?20,000.00 per month
