We are looking for professionals with 6 months – 2 years of experience.

Customer Service Executive (CSE) –

SmartPuja is looking for full-time Customer Service Executives to work at our Bangalore office. We are looking for passionate, ambitious and aspiring professionals for Support operations that help expand our reach – locally, nationwide and globally.

You will have an opportunity of owning the following deliverables that impact revenue and growth :

• Answer queries over call, chat and email professionally to provide information about products and services, book / update orders, or obtain details of enquiries.

• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.

• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer requests.

• Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated owners.

Qualifications:

The “primary qualification” we are looking for is keen interest in providing excellent Customer Experience. The following attributes are essential:

• Proven inside sales experience (1-2 years) is a big plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

• Proficiency in English, Kannada and Hindi.

• Strong listening and presentation skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
