SMKN MOTORS Hiring for Accountant at Salem Full Time

• Tally updating as per our process.
• All purchase and sales in DMS and all other entries are in tally only including purchase and sales. Vehicle Delivery Details, Sales reconciliation on invoice to invoice basis.
• Sales TA operation
• Sales payments to Mahindra DMS report/Activity/Demo/New vehicle claim and credit note updation
• Bank reconciliation of all divisions TA /Channel/CC Reconciliation, TA/Channel/CC Interest verification
• Division account & Stock Transfer Reconcile
• TDS & Service Tax
• All Sales and Service incentive
• GST including entry TAX
• Debtor and Creditor Payments
• TDS Received from Customer
• Bank CC Interest, Bank CC and TA renewal
• Retention & expenses per vehicle , Stock Report to Banks
• Monitoring all assets land, building, vehicle insurance payment, Tax payment.
• Quarterly and Half Yearly returns ( 14, 16, 20 and 29)
• All bills regular payment like EB, Mobiles and Telephone & Others.
• Regular Internal Training to the Accounts team.
• Regular Internal Audit.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

• Accounting: 4 years (Preferred)
• Tally: 3 years (Preferred)
