JD:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify customer support Coordination directly with customers either by telephone, email, or face to face
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and trouble tickets.
- Understand and update the status in the muster data
- Appraise customer on the Project status.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle queries and complaints received from customers.
- On-time reply to the emails received.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
- Record details of actions taken.
- Follow up on customer interactions Coordination with the Production & Installation team.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
